Who is Tom Hopkins?
Tom Hopkins began his
selling career in real estate in Southern California.
At the time, the homes he was selling were going for less than most cars sell
for today…$16,000 to $18,000. But, not many people earned enough to afford one.
His first six months in real estate were
anything but successful. He had sold only one home and averaged $42 a month in
